Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional eCommerce initiativesfrom inception through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with senior business leadersto define project goals, success indicators, and plans that support broader objectives.
- Drive stakeholder alignmentacross marketing, merchandising, IT, analytics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and adoption.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balance competing priorities and ensure resource optimization.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to create and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and change management processes.
- Oversee integration, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance in vendor and third-party relationships.
- Report on project health and outcomesto executive stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required in related area
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are strongly preferred.
- 8 years of experiencein project management, with a focus on eCommerce
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written) – must be able to present project updates and communicate effectively with global teams.
- Proven track record ofleading enterprise-scale digital initiatives, ideally in a global organization.
- Strong understanding ofeCommerce ecosystems, including platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce), analytics, and customer experience technologies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability toinfluence without authority, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Experience managingoffshore and cross-functional teamsin a hybrid or remote environment.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, XML, Java) and software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to work flexible, non-traditional hours to accommodate global communications and coordination.
