Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

Skilled Labor Starting Rates $24.43 + Sign on bonus
Production Starting Rates $20.78
Increase every 3 months with top out in 12
Benefits Day 1 ~ 9% 401k Contribution ~ Technical Incentive ~ Paid Holidays ~ Paid Vacation
1st shift 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd shift 3:30pm-10:30pm -work 35 hr > get paid for 40 hr PLUS 5% shift premium.
3rd shift 10:30pm-7:00am - 10% shift premium

Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for MIG and TIG welds to rotor cores, lamination rings, and brazing.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Makes correct settings on welders including speeds and feeds as well as proper setups of products to be welded
2. Inspects quality of material being welded necessary to prevent rework
3. Assembles laminations to lengths
4. Presses and welds rotor cores
5. Takes coils and measures to size, cuts to length, and puts ring in jigs and welds
6. Grinds and cleans rotor cores after welding
7. Brazes copper pole plates and copper conduction rods
8. Exercises good housekeeping
9. Observes required safety practices
10. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader
