We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next detail-obsessed e-commerce enthusiast to join our HKR team as an E-Commerce Associate, working for a US-based client in supporting a portfolio of fashion and beauty DTC brands. 🇺🇸

Responsibilities

• Manage product launches and promotional timelines across multiple e-commerce brands.
• Conduct site audits and support conversion rate optimization initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of loyalty and retention programs.
• Help onboard new DTC brands into our partner’s platform, ensuring a smooth transition and strong execution.
• Maintain best-practice documentation, templates, and playbooks for brand operations.
• Provide post-launch recaps and weekly reports to support performance tracking and customer management.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams: Merchandising, Logistics, Production, Marketing & CX.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging DTC strategies, tools, and e-commerce trends.

About you

• 🛍️ You’ve got 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, DTC, or brand management.
• 🛍️ You understand how DTC brands convert, retain, and scale — and you’re excited to put that knowledge to work.
• 🛍️ You’re organized, proactive, and a natural project juggler.
• 🛍️ You’re curious, a fast learner, and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.
• 🛍️ You love digital brands and have a passion for crafting great customer experiences.
• 🛍️ You write clearly and document things like a pro.
• 🛍️ You’ve used tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics — or are quick to learn them.
• 🛍️ You’ve got that founder mindset — solving problems and owning your work.
• 🛍️ You’re emotionally intelligent and adapt easily to different people and situations.
