Job summary

Endava in Argentina is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to steer the technical design and delivery of insurance domain solutions. You will work hands-on with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, PCF, React, and Azure, guiding a team of engineers and collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Delivery of integrations via Microsoft Azure.
• Led technical teams while staying hands-on in delivery.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, lifecycle management, security and deployment.
• Ability to refine requirements into practical technical solutions.

Job Description

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet, and InsurTech.

As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead at Endava, you will lead the technical design and delivery of business applications within the insurance industry, combining hands‑on development with solution architecture and technical leadership. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to build and integrate solutions with clients' existing systems, including ERP, intranet, and other enterprise platforms.

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.

Qualifications

Required experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience delivering integrations through Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in hands‑on delivery.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.
• Ability to lead refinement sessions and convert complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred experience

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing.
• Experience delivering technology solutions within the insurance industry.
• Experience working in an Agile, sprint‑based delivery environment.
