Job summary

Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to drive technical design and delivery for insurance industry solutions. You will blend hands-on development with architecture and leadership, building and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with client ERP and intranet systems.

• Ability to lead refinement sessions and convert complex requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Review solution designs and code, resolve technical issues, and guide the engineering team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
• Lead the onboarding and ramp-up of additional team members.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Lead initial requirements refinement, solution alignment, technical planning, and backlog preparation.
• Establish a strong technical foundation while maintaining delivery momentum.

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet, and InsurTech.

As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead at Endava, you will lead the technical design and delivery of business applications within the insurance industry, combining hands-on development with solution architecture and technical leadership.

You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to build and integrate solutions with clients' existing systems, including ERP, intranet, and other enterprise platforms.

Preferred experience

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing.
• Experience delivering technology solutions within the insurance industry.
• Experience working in an Agile, sprint-based delivery environment.
