Endava in Argentina is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to steer the technical design and delivery of insurance domain solutions. You will work hands-on with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, PCF, React, and Azure, guiding a team of engineers and collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes leadership, architectural oversight, and delivering integrated applications

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Delivery of integrations via Microsoft Azure.
• Led technical teams while staying hands-on in delivery.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, lifecycle management, security and deployment.
• Ability to refine requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate business needs into technical stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Lead form development using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Provide hands-on development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems through Azure.
• Establish development standards and ensure solution quality, security and performance.
• Review designs and code, resolve issues, and guide the engineering team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, dependency management and delivery.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up of additional team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead initial requirements refinement, solution alignment, planning and backlog prep.
