Job summary

Endava seeks a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise CRM and automation solutions. You will blend hands-on development with solution architecture, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to align technical plans with business goals.

You will lead the team in building Power Apps, Dataverse-driven apps, and PCF components, while guiding code reviews, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and governance.
Hands-on development with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Translate business needs into technical stories and actionable tasks.
Provide hands-on development and mentorship to the engineering team.
Oversee integrations with ERP, intranet, and other systems via Azure.
Set development standards, ensure security, performance and maintainability.
