Job summary

Staffed is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service to bridge client stakeholders and the technical team.

You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specs, and support UAT to ensure the solution meets business needs.

The 12-month project offers exposure to workshops, process mapping, and collaboration across Agile teams in a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows and functional specifications for the development team.
• Propose out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to minimize custom development.
• Map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes.
• Define acceptance criteria, create test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Keep constant communication with the client, managing expectations and sharing project updates.
