Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a fully remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own full-funnel performance for a portfolio of DTC brands. You will be the direct client contact, presenting plans, results, and reasoning, and you will defend your calls in client conversations.

You will own feeds, campaigns, tracking, and landing pages; optimize for incremental growth and non-branded performance.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads with meaningful spend (DTC/eCommerce).
• Ability to articulate attribution, NC-CPA, and NC-ROAS concepts.
• Experience owning client relationships and presenting results directly.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including budget management from five thousand dollars monthly to six figures.
• Directly communicate with clients, present results and plans, and defend your decisions.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, conversions.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses and report separately.
• Know PMax nuances and separate branded vs. non-branded impact to set targets.
• Control Google automation by auditing recommendations and assets regularly.
• Own the feed and product data quality in Merchant Center and its impact on Shopping and PMax.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify imports and conversions; investigate reconciliation issues.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, landing pages and checkout; build fixes.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints; be comfortable with AI tools like Claude.
