Teladoc Health in Buenos Aires is seeking a Director, Platform Engineering & DevOps to lead the enterprise Platform Engineering organization and drive Azure-first modernization.

You will champion IaC, automation, and self-service patterns, guiding migration from AWS and on-prem to Azure while partnering with SRE, Security, and Application Engineering to raise reliability, security, and developer productivity.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud architecture, networking, security and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Platform Engineering org with strategy, roadmaps, standards, and operating model.
• Design and evolve the enterprise Azure platform, including landing zones, governance, identity, networking, security, observability and resiliency.
• Migrate applications/infrastructure from AWS/on-premises to Azure.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation as the standard provisioning approach.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, reference architectures, and deployment patterns.
• Build self-service platform capabilities and golden paths to boost developer productivity.
• Partner with Network Engineering on hybrid cloud connectivity and security controls.
• Collaborate with SRE to set availability objectives, observability standards, and incident readiness.
• Ensure telemetry across platforms via metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
• Work with Security on secure-by-default platform patterns and governance.
• Lead cloud FinOps and cost optimization practices across Azure and AWS.
• Recruit and mentor engineering leaders, communicating platform strategy to executives.
