EPAM Systems is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from concept through rollout. You will drive delivery across digital components, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with business strategy.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive project management experience, and exceptional communication with senior stakeholders. You will shape governance, foster best practices, and grow technical acumen while partnering with client teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent advanced certification.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Lead/Manager/Coordinator roles.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ people.
• At least 5 full-cycle project experiences across different lifecycle phases.
• Proven ability to deliver complete software solutions in distributed environments.
• Strong background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture.
• Experience managing sophisticated Digital systems and components.
• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders (VP level+).
• Strong PM skills in a highly technical setting.
• Understanding of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale technical projects (UX/UI, design systems, accessibility).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
• Experience in mobile app design and development.
• Excellent English (C1+) communication skills.

We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to become part of our team. This role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business strategy, leading complex initiatives from the earliest concept stages through to final rollout. Responsibilities

• Direct delivery operations, addressing obstacles that arise on large-scale programs involving integrated Digital components


• Manage the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs


• Stay actively involved in the release management process to ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes


• Choose and implement suitable delivery methodologies to support successful project results


• Identify technology solutions that effectively meet client business requirements


• Ensure accountability for yourself and your team against KPIs covering delivery success, business health, team development, and technical skill


• Develop project and program governance frameworks suited to each client's specific environment


• Continue growing your technical expertise while leading, coordinating, and influencing decisions on important technology topics


• Act as the delivery and technology partner for clients, aligning their vision with available solutions and capabilities


• Facilitate alignment of decisions between internal and client teams to ensure successful project implementation


• Establish and advocate for engineering best practices that drive ongoing improvements in quality and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent advanced certification


• At least 8 years of applicable professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles


• A minimum of one year of experience managing a team of 20 or more people


• At least 5 full-cycle project experiences, or involvement in multiple projects spanning different development lifecycle phases


• Proven ability to deliver complete software solutions within highly complex, distributed environments


• Strong background and recent hands-on experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture


• Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated Digital systems and components


• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders at the VP level and above


• Strong project or program management skills within a highly technical setting


• Comprehensive understanding of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale technical projects, including knowledge of User Experience Design aspects such as design systems/frameworks, user research, accessibility, and content strategy


• Familiarity with CMS platforms


• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms


• Experience in mobile app design and development


• Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice to have

• Experience leading programs centered on modernization and re-platforming of large-scale solutions


• Understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives and the difficulties of implementing them in legacy environments


• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts


• Experience building solutions starting from scratch


• Experience delivering cloud-ready solutions on platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure


• Experience bringing microservice architectures to production


• Experience delivering data-intensive solutions, with integration architecture knowledge considered beneficial
