About the Role

As a Junior PPC Specialist, you’ll help plan, run, and analyze paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels. Working with senior marketers and content teams, you’ll focus on generating qualified leads for our IT outsourcing services, testing new ideas, and turning data into actions that boost results. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment and learn in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do
  • Develop, test, and optimize compelling ad copies to improve campaign performance;
  • Assist in developing and executing paid media strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust to maximize ROI;
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting;
  • Analyze data and provide regular performance reports;
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop high-performing campaigns;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
MUST HAVES
  • 6 months+ experience with Google Ads;
  • Familiarity with paid search, display advertising, analytics tools & metrics;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
