ExxonMobil Argentina in Buenos Aires is seeking a Digital Experience Engineer to lead data-driven improvements to the Digital Employee Experience across endpoints and workplace services. You will leverage Nexthink to monitor, measure, and optimize the employee digital workplace, developing automation and remediation workflows with PowerShell and Nexthink Flow.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years in Digital Experience, EUC, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience administering Nexthink in enterprise environments.
• Experience building automation workflows and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the Digital Employee Experience platform and capabilities.
• Manage Nexthink platform configuration, governance, and lifecycle.
• Design and deploy Nexthink use cases focused on observability and automation.
• Analyze metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and satisfaction.
• Develop automated remediation solutions using PowerShell and Nexthink Flow.
• Create dashboards and executive scorecards for visibility.
• Collaborate across End User Computing, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and App Support teams.
• Translate telemetry into actionable recommendations for operations.
• Support enterprise initiatives with monitoring capabilities and UX insights.
