Monks is seeking a Project Manager to join a special task force delivering digital advertising assets for clients. You will coordinate across Creative, Copy, Design and Animation teams, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are achieved while maintaining strong client communication.

The role emphasizes planning, resource balancing, and proactive risk management, with a focus on timely delivery and excellent client service in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent project manager with strong client handling and delivery focus.
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple projects from start to finish.
• Able to work with media plans and manage digital ad campaigns launch.

Responsibilities

• Manage fast-moving digital creative projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with all teams to deliver assets to client on time.
• Liaise between client leads and internal teams to hit milestones.
• Balance resources and workload; plan and coordinate work across Creative, Copy, Design, and Animation Monks.
• Ensure deadlines are met and flag unattainable ones early.
• Schedule, track and prioritize assignments and allocate the right Monks to client work.
• Evaluate finished projects to improve processes and workflows.
