Orion Consulting is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US-based marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate timelines, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams.

This fully remote contractor role from LATAM requires at least two years of agency experience, proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes and implement best practices in creative operations.
• Facilitate clear communication and regular status updates.
