• Strong experience managing Windows and Linux environments.

The Work You'll Do:

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud platforms, working closely with development, operations, and security teams.

More specifically, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Terraform and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Monitor and improve system observability using Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights
• Manage hybrid environments (Windows and Linux) in Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, and SQL databases
• Participate in critical incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and efficient deployments
• Document processes, incidents, and improvements to promote knowledge sharing

What We Need From You

• Strong experience managing Windows and Linux environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure and related services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and containerization (Docker) is preferred
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or similar is preferred
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and hardening techniques is preferred
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is preferred
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
