Job summary

Zeal, an AI-enabled software consultancy now part of Livefront, is seeking an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join our LATAM hub in Peru. You will design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and collaborate with client teams to improve reliability and deployment velocity.

You’ll containerize apps with Docker and Kubernetes, automate with Terraform and Ansible, and monitor ecosystems with Prometheus and Grafana across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and YAML.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Automate operational tasks with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and YAML.
• Build monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Operate workloads across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Partner with development teams to improve deployment, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and document new and existing infrastructure.
