Job summary

Zeal, now part of Livefront, seeks an outstanding Agentic Engineer for LATAM hub in Peru. You will build production-grade agentic AI systems, focusing on reliability, security, and integration with enterprise platforms.

Strong coding, architecture judgment, and client-facing collaboration are essential. Responsibilities include designing multi-step agent workflows, tool coordination, observability, and governance, with a focus on delivering scalable AI solutions using Python/Java and cloud tech.

Qualifications

• Agentic AI: Hands-on experience designing and shipping production agent systems.
• Evaluation & Reliability: Experience evaluating agent behavior and measuring failures.
• Cloud Technologies: Deep hands-on with Azure or AWS and related AI services.
• Software Engineering: Proficiency in Python or Java, APIs, containers, CI/CD.
• Enterprise Delivery: Experience delivering software in large organizations with security reviews.
• Agent Observability: Design systems for traceability, state management, and latency/cost visibility.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex AI systems to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong technical judgment and willingness to challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to translate complex problems into scalable agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement multi-step agent systems and coordination.
• Build integrations exposing APIs as tools and developing structured contracts.
• Design guardrails, grounding checks, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Instrument agent systems for traceability, latency, and cost visibility.
• Maintain state and memory across long-running workflows and ensure reliability.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and related services.
• Collaborate with client security teams through architecture reviews and security assessments.
