Zeal is an AI-enabled software consultancy focused on delivering agentic AI solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. We partner with Livefront and help teams build scalable, production-grade AI applications with strong security and governance.

The role targets an outstanding Agentic Engineer to join our LATAM hub in Peru and work directly with client teams on design, implementation, and operational excellence for agentic AI systems across cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems in production.
• Ability to design multi-step agent systems and orchestration.
• Experience with security reviews and enterprise delivery.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python or Java.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate complex business problems into scalable, production-ready agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement multi-step agent systems, including orchestration and tool calls.
• Build integrations between agents and enterprise systems via APIs and tools.
• Design evaluation frameworks, grounding checks, and human-in-the-loop workflows to manage agent failures.
