Job summary

Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to guide the design and delivery of ERP/CRM solutions within the insurance sector. You will balance hands-on development with solution architecture and lead a small engineering team across Power Apps, Dataverse, React, and Azure integrations in a hybrid work setting.

You will translate business needs into technical stories, set development standards, review designs, and mentor teammates while collaborating with product owners

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience delivering integrations through Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in hands-on delivery.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.
• Ability to lead refinement sessions and convert complex requirements into practical technical solutions.

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet, and InsurTech.

As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead at Endava, you will lead the technical design and delivery of business applications within the insurance industry, combining hands‑on development with solution architecture and technical leadership. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to build and integrate solutions with clients' existing systems, including ERP, intranet, and other enterprise platforms.
