A leading bilingual school in Buenos Aires seeks a Kindergarten Leader to inspire faculty and students while promoting a collaborative learning environment. Responsibilities include strategic planning, curriculum development, and enhancing student well-being. Ideal candidates have strong teaching backgrounds and proven leadership experience. Position starts in February 2026.

Formación

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with global best practices in early childhood education.

To join our Kindergarten Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the Kindergarten (K2–K5) experience. In this role you will inspire teachers and students, model positive values and foster a vibrant, collaborative, bilingual learning community.

How will you make an impact?

  • Work closely with Head of Kindergarten to drive strategic planning, lead curriculum development, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Champion the bilingual, student centered model, promoting best practices and creative approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Lead, coach and inspire teaching staff, fostering collaboration and a positive school culture.
  • Ensure excellence in learning and care, prioritizing student well-being, inclusion and the development of foundational skills.
  • Partner with teachers and specialists to support students’ holistic development: social, emotional, and academic.
  • Collaborate with other school sections on cross-curricular projects with a focus on sustainability, community engagement, and educational innovation.
  • Represent the school with local education authorities (DIPREGEP) and oversee reporting, compliance and local regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.

What are we looking for?

  • Native-level fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong background in teaching early years learners.
  • Proven leadership capabilities; previous experience in a similar leadership role will be highly valued.
  • A forward-thinking educator, familiar with global best practices and innovative approaches to early childhood education.
