PwC Argentina is seeking a Data Solutions Manager for the Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires. You’ll shape data-driven experiences across advisory, assurance, tax, and services, leading projects, and guiding teams with integrity and innovation.

You’ll work closely with clients to design innovative solutions, deliver by leveraging SQL or Python for data processing, and drive digital transformation through analytics and reporting capabilities. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in data/consulting roles.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

The Opportunity

As a Data Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects. Within our Tax practice, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, design innovative solutions, and facilitate successful project delivery. Your expertise in analyzing client needs and implementing experience strategies will help clients create memorable experiences that drive customer loyalty and employee engagement.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will transform and optimize processes through technology-enabled solutions, develop reporting and analytics capabilities, and collaborate on digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of innovative experience strategies to enhance customer and employee engagement
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver integrated business, experience, and technology solutions
• Managing and coaching teams to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
• Utilizing SQL or Python for data processing and automation to optimize business processes
• Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to create actionable insights and client‑facing deliverables
• Validating data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources
• Developing and deploying scalable data visualization and analytics solutions
• Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Implementing technology tools to enhance the quality and scalability of services
• Engaging in strategic planning and execution of data‑driven initiatives to drive impactful outcomes
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
