N-iX is expanding its DataOps capabilities for a regional fintech platform across LATAM. We seek a mature DataOps Engineer to own cloud data infrastructure, automate delivery pipelines, and deploy ML-driven scoring models as APIs.

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps/DataOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience with Terraform and GCP.
• Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines for data engineering with GitHub Actions.
• Experience packaging ML models as production-ready microservices/APIs (Python, FastAPI, Docker).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
• Solid cloud security practices: IAM, secrets, networking, regulatory compliance in LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, deployment automation, and improvements of the regional cloud data platform using Terraform and GCP.
• Drive automated CI/CD pipelines for data code, data transformations (SQL/dbt/Snowflake), and analytical models.
• Package and deploy real-time scoring models as APIs (FastAPI/Docker) for integration with decision engines.
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance.
• Mentor engineers in automated data testing, cloud automation, and ML deployment best practices.
• Identify infrastructure risks early and guide teams through complex data lifecycles.
