A leading professional services firm in Buenos Aires is seeking a Learning and Development Generalist to design and deliver innovative training programs. The role requires advanced Excel skills, critical thinking, and a learning mindset. Formación

Primary Responsibilities

Supporting the Human Capital Matters & Operations function in Partner Affairs line of business, the following are requirements for the resource:

  • Execute work independently and with accuracy, leveraging standard operating procedures (SOPs) to build a thorough understanding of business processes and system integrations. Identify and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to apply lessons learned to future situations.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to partner-related inquiries, providing thoughtful solutions based on an understanding of partner impact and downstream system dependencies. Recurring tasks will include administrative notifications, data entry, data analysis and auditing, monitoring and troubleshooting system integration reports
  • Provide support on ad hoc initiatives and special projects as needed, including system testing and process improvement efforts.
Requirements

Education: student or graduated in Human Resources or other business related field.

Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience in data management/reconciliations or reporting, process improvement, system testings, audit or monitoring. Additionally, exposure to internal stakeholders or customer service. Preferable acquired at a global company with exposure to US market.

English: Advanced level (oral-written).

Digital Tools: Excel Advanced. Oracle Cloud, Alterix, PowerBI & PowerApps all user level are a plus. Open to upskilling and comfortable using multiple systems & applications.

Softs skills: independent, strongly oriented to detail & accuracy, oriented to excellence/efficiency, ability learn from experience; team worker, collaborative, curious, critical thinking, problem-solving, think outside of the box, ownership of their work, proactive, self-motivated, excellent communication skills.
