Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to own end-to-end planning and execution of complex data migration initiatives for a global automotive client.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and implement quality controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target ERP system. Requirements include proven leadership in large programs, strong data migration expertise, and fluency in English for interviews and daily work.

Competenze

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Deep knowledge of data migration: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience defining migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English for interviews and daily work.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

Join the team supporting one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, working within a global consulting firm to lead the planning and execution of a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

Required Skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
