Promtior is seeking a Data Lead to head the Data team within Engineering. This hands-on leadership role will set technical direction for data engineering and data science across client projects, grow the team, review designs, and unblock production issues.

You will own data platform architectures, from ingestion and Lakehouse/Warehouse design to curated datasets for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases. You will mentor staff and shape data tooling and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, architecture, or data science with 3+ years leading a data team.
