Capgemini Engineering in Argentina seeks a Data Engineer with AI expertise to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions for analytics, AI workloads, and AI agents. You will curate and transform enterprise data for AI use cases and ensure data quality across platforms.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, cloud data platform experience, and familiarity with RAG frameworks and vector databases. You will collaborate with AI and analytics teams to deliver reliable data products.

Formación

• Strong experience in Data Engineering and data pipeline development.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Understanding of AI/ML workflows and data requirements for AI applications.
• Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, or AI-powered data solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality practices.
• Experience developing automation solutions and integrating AI agents into data workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support analytics, machine learning, and AI workloads.
• Curate, transform, and prepare enterprise data for AI applications, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, security, governance, and metadata management across data products and platforms.
• Build and support agentic solutions that automate data discovery, enrichment, transformation, and delivery processes.
• Partner with data, analytics, and AI teams to ensure data assets are accessible, reliable, and optimized for business and AI use cases.
• Monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of data platforms and workflows.
• Implement best practices for data engineering, governance, and AI-ready architectures.
