Prosigliere in Argentina seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and maintain our data platform and the data-driven systems powering reporting and analytics across the company.

You will work hands-on across data engineering and analytics use cases, transforming raw operational data into clean, reliable business-ready data and contributing to technical decisions while collaborating closely with the team.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong experience with GCP, especially BigQuery, Cloud Composer (Airflow)/Dataflow, and Cloud Functions.
• Advanced SQL skills (query authoring, stored procedures/UDFs) and Python for automation.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and building/maintaining a data warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Cloud Composer (Airflow) and Dataflow.
• Model and maintain the data warehouse on BigQuery, writing views, scheduled queries and UDFs.
• Write production-ready SQL (BigQuery Standard SQL) and Python to support data workflows and automation.
• Own the CI/CD for the warehouse: schema-as-code (Terraform or Dataform), deployment pipelines, and least-privilege IAM for deploys.
• Own the reporting-layer publish automation/CI and the BigQuery views/LookML that feed reporting with the BI Analyst.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency through validation, monitoring and testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improvements.
• Support and share knowledge with other engineers.
