Power Digital is seeking a Data Engineer, AI & Analytics to own data pipelines, modeling, and data marts. You’ll handle end-to-end ingestion through semantic layers, collaborating with the nova product/engineering teams and agency colleagues to empower AI initiatives with reliable, scalable data.

The role requires advanced Python/SQL, deep dbt expertise, and experience in multi-tenant data modeling within GCP and Snowflake environments. Proficiency in English is essential for this global team.

Competenze

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering, including ownership of a meaningful dbt project in production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for production-grade data pipelines and modeling.
• Deep expertise in dbt with incremental strategies, tests, and materializations.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain core data foundation (ingestion, modeling, data marts) for multi-client use.
• Create robust ingestion handling API changes and data restatements without breaking downstream models.
• Model across sources to reconcile spend, impressions, conversions, and revenue.
• Contribute to client-bespoke modeling on top of the core layer and support AI initiatives.
• Build semantic layers and metric definitions enabling AI-generated SQL to return correct answers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Monitor data quality and optimize pipelines for cost and performance.
