We are seeking a Data Consultant with a strong analytical mindset and business-oriented focus to support high-impact financial restructuring and cost reduction projects. This role involves working closely with clients to extract, clean, and model complex datasets to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.

Build predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to support business decision-making.

Leverage tools like ETL, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to manage and analyze data.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Develop and deliver compelling data visualizations and dashboards to executive-level audiences.

Apply business-oriented thinking to extract insights and create value from data.

Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced, high-impact consulting environments.

Act quickly and proactively in projects where time and responsiveness are critical.

Hard Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field.

Over 1 year of relevant experience.

Familiarity with at least one ETL tool (e.g., Alteryx, KNIME, SSIS, Pentaho, DataStage).

Comfortable working with big data architectures, both on cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, etc.) and on-premise systems.

Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs and window functions.

Ability to apply statistical methods and build predictive models.

Knowledge of distributed systems, especially HDFS and the Hadoop ecosystem.

Soft Skills

Ability to synthesize requests from team members at client sites.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
