You will collaborate with client and internal teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions, translate business problems into technical designs, and implement features using Python, Spark, and frontend React.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s program with strong academic performance in Business Intelligence, CS, MIS, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in RDBMS concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Python, Spark.
• React front‑end development experience.
• Understanding of structured data processing, algorithms, data structures, and BI applications.
• Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions using data insights.
• Exposure to data platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Aptitude for rapid learning and adapting new technologies and trends.
• Fluency in English and client‑first mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver high quality technology solutions addressing business problems.
• Understand and analyze business problems, translating them into technical designs.
• Design and implement technical features using the current technology stack.
• Assist in developing technology solutions for client engagements with timely delivery.
• Apply agile, waterfall, SIT, client reviews, QA procedures, and unit testing to ensure project success.
• Provide guidance to team members on project implementation plans.
• Work with a development team to interpret and implement business requirements.
