ZS Associates in Argentina is seeking an experienced Data Lead to drive end-to-end data initiatives across client engagements. You will design scalable architectures, govern data quality, and empower cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and architects to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in data-focused roles, strong Python skills, and fluency in English, with hybrid work and travel opportunities in the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field with academic excellence.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience delivering technology solutions.
• Ability to lead project teams and mentor growth.
• Strong experience in data engineering, analytics, data warehousing, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data initiatives from requirements through deployment and operation.

• Drive data governance, data quality, KPI definition, and reporting standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end data initiatives, from requirements definition and solution design to deployment and operationalization.
• Design and oversee scalable data architectures, data models, integration frameworks, and analytics solutions using modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Drive data governance, data quality, KPI definition, reporting standards, and technical best practices across multiple workstreams.
• Manage cross‑functional teams of data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Establish technical roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology execution.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, translate complex business problems into technical solutions, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field with academic excellence.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium‑scale technology solutions.
• Ability to lead project teams, drive end‑to‑end activities, meet milestones, and provide mentorship/guidance for the team growth.
• Strong experience in data engineering, analytics, data warehousing, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data architecture.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale data transformation programs and distributed technical teams.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data governance, integration patterns, and analytics delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including expertise in algorithms and data structures.
• Fluency in English.
• Client‑first mentality.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations.
• Capability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable frameworks and presentations.
