Fundación Capital in LATAM seeks a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners, translating complex marketing and CRM data into actionable decisions to improve campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, enhance reporting systems, ensure data accuracy, and drive data-driven growth across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
