Accenture Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote LATAM-focused role in performance marketing for universities. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and insight generation across higher education and nonprofit partners.

You’ll transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, optimize campaigns, and support leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
