AppDirect, Inc is seeking a data analyst to help ensure data quality across platforms and stakeholders. You will manage requests in Jira, interpret mappings, and contribute to data migration and architecture initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years in data analysis, SQL/Python, and experience with relational data structures. Knowledge of AI prompting and data security is valued, with strong multitasking abilities and collaboration across teams.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, querying, and data manipulation (SQL/Python).
• Experience with relational data architecture and data warehouses.
• Experience with data analysis, transformation, normalization, and conversion.
• Experience with AI prompting for data analytics and agent building with data security considerations.
• Strong multitasking, time-management, and communication skills.
• Experience with large data models and related tooling like Apache Spark is a plus.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Represent the interests of users and partners through relentless pursuit of data quality.
• Receive and manage requests in the Jira project workflow tool.
• Interpret file-mapping and conduct testing across multiple platforms and formats.
• Assist AppDirect Managers to operationalize data migration for the critical business initiatives and the data architecture roadmap (analyze/document/implement/test/troubleshoot)
• Provide data analysis, mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion.
• Assist in collecting business requirements, documenting on how data is used in through AppDirect business, and in data testing/validation/UAT.
• Utilize AI in daily and long term tasks for efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvement through automation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field or relative experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, querying and manipulating data for analysis (SQL/Python/Etc.)
• Experience with relational data architecture.
• Experience with data analysis, transformation, normalization, and conversion.
• Experience with AI prompting for data analytics and agent building using methods that focus on keeping data secure when applicable.
• Excellent soft skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Experience working with data warehouses.
• Experience with large data models and related tools like Apache Spark are a plus.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more!
