About the job (D) Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing features that help our users build stronger professional networks. From building user-friendly workflows to shaping data pipelines and enhancing AI-driven matching algorithms, your work will directly influence our product and user experience. Youll collaborate closely with product managers and designers, and take ownership of critical projects that move the business forward.

Responsibilities

Design and implement user-centric features using Rails and React

Lead large, high-impact projects with autonomy and accountability

Write clean, scalable, well-tested, and maintainable code

Collaborate in a feedback-driven environment focused on innovation and simplicity

Contribute to a product and engineering culture that values learning and impact

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development

Strong experience working in startup environments on production web applications

Proficiency in both Rails and React (mandatory)

AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, OpenAI codex, coderabbit etc.

C2-level English proficiency (spoken and written)

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to our codebase

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
