EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Junior Cyber Remediation Analyst to coordinate remediation of high-severity vulnerabilities on a global scale. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work across security teams, with on-call duties on rotation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to 3 years of vulnerability management experience, with proficiency in ServiceNow, XSOAR, Python, and SIEM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in vulnerability management or related field.
• Understanding of Vulnerability Management lifecycle and security threats.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities detected by the Vulnerability Discovery team and application support.
• Adhere to SOPs and internal action playbooks as part of BAU handling.
• Engage Security Consultants of the SL and interface with other security teams.
• Liaise with different businesses and fellow IT Services professionals.
• Prioritize, organize, and automate daily operations.
