A global language services provider is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture and grow their Language Service Provider Partner Network. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in customer success or account management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. This role involves supporting partners, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth event coordination, making it essential for someone with a proactive mindset and dedication to building lasting relationships.
