Overview

The Role- key responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team, with a focus on nurturing and growing our Language Service Provider (LSP) Partner Network.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Success: Support, retain, and grow relationships across our global LSP network.
  • Account Management: Participate in partner meetings, provide customer service, and manage multiple accounts with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Sales Support: Prepare quotes, assist with pre-sales activities, complete vendor forms, and input client data into HubSpot/ISP.
  • Event Coordination: Ensure smooth handovers to Operations, confirm interpreter bookings and training, and monitor event processes from a customer service perspective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the LSP Partner Manager to attract new partners and strengthen existing ones.
  • Administration & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, support accurate invoicing with Accounting, and compile partner feedback and internal reports.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnerships, ideally in Language Services, SaaS, or Events.
  • Skills: Strong communicator, confident with virtual meetings and calls, tech-savvy with CRM tools, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Mindset: A relationship builder who is adaptable, organised, and eager to grow into managing key partnerships directly.
  • Team Spirit: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
