Virtustant is hiring a full-time remote Customer Success Agent in Argentina. You will handle inbound calls and support our customers of our parking services platform.

Fluency in Spanish and English (C1/C2) is required. We value a proactive, warm, sales-minded approach and comfort on the phone.

The schedule includes weekday hours with one weekend day and uses GoHigh Level to manage customer interactions.

Our client provides spaces for Parking RV´s, including high-speed WiFi, brand new bathrooms and showers, on-site laundry, 30/50 AMP hookups, and 24/7 security.

Job Description

You will join the team as a part-time Customer Success Agent. You will handle inbound calls and support our customers.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Spanish fluency

Schedule

3 week days 12 hours and 1 weekend day 6 hours between the working hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm CST.
