As the IT Project Manager, CTO's operating partner, you report to the CTO and own the rhythm of the Technology organization—tracking initiatives across IT, Security and Product, driving accountability, and coordinating across time zones with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs
• Strong written English communication
• Experience with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement workflows
• Technical literacy to track IT, security and software work
• Relentless, respectful follow-up with stakeholders
• Advanced English (C1+) and availability during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Own the Technology portfolio with a single source of truth for IT, Security and Product initiatives
• Run the operating cadence: agendas, notes, action-item tracking, vendor/contract calendars, budget tracking, executive reporting
• Take operational work off the CTO's plate: vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, hiring logistics
• Drive follow-through: escalate blockers, propose recommendations, close loop with stakeholders
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Other duties as assigned and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
