You will lead projects in a fast-paced agency environment, with strong emphasis on communication, risk management, and meticulous organization. Proficiency in Asana and a background in digital marketing are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience leading projects in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• PM certifications (CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Analytics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Create and execute deliverable plans and adjust to changing needs.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communications.
