The position offers a Palermo office schedule four days per week with up to 20 remote days per year, plus equity-based compensation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AML/KYC/transaction monitoring, familiarity with Chainalysis KYT, Notabene, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Three or more years in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and crypto financial crime.
• Ability to work with developers and engineers.
• Process-design and system-architecture judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement on-chain monitoring frameworks and travel rule processes.
• Review wallet addresses, transaction histories, alerts, and risk exposures.
• Refine monitoring rules, thresholds, and typologies related to crypto financial crime.
• Prepare investigation guidance and train Compliance staff.
• Translate compliance requirements into technical specs for automated monitoring and workflows.
