Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a CRM Analytics Developer in Argentina to design and implement analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will develop data flows, dashboards, and SAQL queries, and work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable BI assets.

You will leverage Tableau CRM/Einstein, SQL, and data warehousing experience to deliver enterprise-grade BI applications. Collaboration with on-site teams and readiness to adopt new tools will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM analytics tools and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.
• Experience building and migrating Salesforce CRM BI assets.
• Proficiency with self-service BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Knowledge of JSON/SAQL/SOQL and XML for data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business to understand CRM functional requirements and design TCRM solutions.
• Create data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards.
• Build complex SAQL queries in TCRM and Sailpoint insights (Salesforce).
• Migrate and maintain TCRM assets in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Document requirements and design data models, reports, and dashboards.
