Power Digital is seeking a Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory integrity of healthcare creative output. You will gate content through MLR reviews, manage Veeva Vault PromoMats workflows, and uphold brand standards across ads, landing pages, emails, and social content.

You will collaborate with Creative Project Managers and account teams, maintain deliverable trackers, and drive process improvements.

Formación

• 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production with exposure to MLR review workflows.
• Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 including fair balance and 2253 filing requirements.
• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience preferred.
• Strong eye for brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across digital formats.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Agency experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review creative assets for MLR compliance before client reviews.
• Finalize QA of assets before launch ensuring accuracy.
• Manage Veeva Vault PromoMats workflow: claims, references, submissions.
• Enforce brand standards and design consistency across deliverables.
• Provide actionable feedback to designers and freelancers.
• Document QA processes and maintain checklists.
• Coordinate with Creative PM and account teams; manage feedback cycles.
• Utilize AI to optimize processes and Nova ecosystem usage.
