• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources are in place to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies in workflow and implement improvements to enhance creative operations.
