Planet Pharma is expanding its LATAM clinical operations in Argentina and seeks a motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support site monitoring, regulatory compliance, and trial execution.

The role requires experience as CRA in Argentina, strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, site management and monitoring visits, and excellent communication to build investigator relationships; travel within the region is expected.

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support our efforts in Argentina. Required Skills

• Proven experience working as a CRA in Argentina
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations
• Hands-on experience with site management and monitoring activities
• Ability to conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
• Experience in regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation
• Skilled in investigator/site relationship management
• Proactive risk management and mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Nice To Have Skills

• Proficiency in Spanish (especially beneficial for Brazilian candidates)
• Experience in fast‑paced, global clinical trial environments

Preferred Education And Experience

• A degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
• Approximately 4 years of relevant CRA experience in Argentina (for Senior)
• Approximately 1 year of relevant CRA experience in Argentina (for Junior)

Other Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel as needed within the region
• Knowledge of local and international clinical research standards
• Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance
