Planet Pharma is seeking a motivated Junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support our LATAM operations in Argentina. This on-site role involves managing site activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating seamless execution of clinical trials.

You will work with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment, developing skills in site monitoring, regulatory documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Travel within the region may be required.

Formación

• Proven experience working as a CRA in Argentina.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations.
• Hands-on experience with site management and monitoring activities.
• Ability to conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Experience in regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation.
• Skilled in investigator/site relationship management.
• Proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
