Clinirx in Argentina is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our LATAM team. You will support site management, monitoring visits, and regulatory documentation to drive high-quality clinical trials. Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus for Brazilian candidates.

Formación

• Proven CRA experience in Argentina.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations.
• Hands-on experience with site management, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
• Regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation handling.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) required; Spanish proficiency is a plus for some candidates.

• Proven experience working as a CRA in Argentina
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Site management and monitoring activities
  • Site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation
  • Investigator/site relationship management
• Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced global environments
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required
• Spanish proficiency will be considered a strong plus for Brazilian candidates
