Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to support local finance and operations. The role reports to the Finance Manager and involves month-end close, cost analysis and standard costing oversight.

You will collaborate with multiple sites and use ERP tools to drive accuracy and efficiency across cost and inventory processes. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of cost accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and solid understanding of policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Accounting/Finance or equivalent degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant cost accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting policies and controls.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyze costs, margins and provide actionable insights.
• Intermediate English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing for inventory, purchasing and receivables.
• Analyze costs, margins and prepare variance analyses.
• Maintain standard costing system and perform cost reviews.
• Reconcile balance sheet and month-end postings.
• Provide data analysis support to operations and sites.
