The Work: As a Senior Manager within the North America Risk Management & Quality team, you will work closely with the Global Quality Process Leads, Market/Services Quality Program Directors, MU Quality & Risk Leaders, and Senior Business stakeholders to understand our risk profile and develop insights to enable data-driven decision-making. As we are currently undergoing a Q&R Transformation journey, you will need to be agile and flexible to adjust priorities to help us achieve our transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identify hotspots & emerging risk areas for North America and drive initiatives that help manage & mitigate risks.
  2. Proactively identify deals in the opportunity pipeline that require leadership intervention and support.
  3. Work with the Market QPD to develop data insights to drive key decisions on focus areas and corrective actions needed.
  4. Drive capability development initiatives (such as Root Cause Insider sessions) to enable a risk awareness culture and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Work closely with the Q&R Analytics and Reporting team to identify projects that will test key hypotheses. Use outputs to develop key actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher.
  • English language fluency (oral and written).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with a proven track record in interacting with leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in working with data analytics and developing actionable insights.
  • Thorough understanding of Accenture’s business and challenges.
  • Experience in risk management, a fair understanding of the sales and opportunity space, as well as delivery, root cause analysis, and capability development.
  • Process Improvement skills.
  • Understanding of financial concepts and profitability levers.
